Ingredients:
1 medium-sized eggplant, cut into small pieces
1 cup of oyster mushrooms, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
1 tablespoon of ginger, minced

1 red hot pepper, sliced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
